QR Code Generator is a free tool that creates QR codes in the browser, at gerador-de-qrcode.lucasbittencourt.dev. The code is generated on your device, without sending what you type to any server, and downloads as PNG, SVG or JPEG. It works without an account; the app is in Portuguese.
What it does
- 13 kinds of QR code: link, social networks, video, text, Wi-Fi, contact (vCard), PIX (static BR Code), email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, location and calendar event. Phone numbers come with a country picker.
- A phone preview of what shows up for whoever scans it (the page, the message, the contact, the PIX…), updated as you type.
- Style: frames with editable text ("Scan me"), code and background colors, module and eye shapes, quiet zone and error correction level.
- Logo in the center: 39 ready-made ones (WhatsApp, Instagram, Pix, Google Maps and more) or your own file, with a warning when it covers too much of the code.
- Download as PNG (512 to 4096 px), vector SVG or JPEG, or copy the image, with a live scan check (contrast, version, density) and the minimum print size.
- Installable as an app (PWA), and it works offline.
Privacy
What you type never leaves your browser and isn't saved: only your design preferences stay on your device. There's no account, no ads and no tracking cookies; visits are counted with cookieless, aggregated statistics. The QR codes are static, so they work without going through the site.
