1. Acceptance
By using 4People, you agree to this EULA. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. The service
4People brings together free tools for development, study and work that run in your browser. No account is needed. The site is in beta: the tools are still being tested and may change, be fixed or be removed without notice.
3. Generated data is for testing only
CPF, CNPJ, RG, CNH, PIS, RENAVAM, voter IDs, credit cards, license plates, people and other data generated by 4People are fictional. They only follow the format and check digit rules, for testing systems and forms.
- They don't belong to real people, companies, vehicles or accounts.
- Using them for fraud, to impersonate someone, to deceive sign-ups or in any illegal activity is prohibited.
- Whoever uses the data is solely responsible for how it is used.
4. Acceptable use
Don't try to overload, break into or disrupt the site, or use it to attack other services. The REST API tester sends requests from your browser: use it only on APIs you are allowed to test.
5. Open source
4People's code is open source under the GPL-3.0 license and published on GitHub. Using, copying and modifying the code follow that license.
6. Results without warranty
The tools are provided "as is". We do our best to make the results right, but we don't guarantee they are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Check important results, such as financial, date or network calculations, before making decisions based on them.
Exchange rates, postal codes and bank lists come from third-party public services and may be outdated or unavailable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer of 4People isn't liable for losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for decisions made based on the tools' results.
8. Changes
This EULA may change, especially during the beta. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
9. Governing law and contact
This EULA follows the laws of Brazil. Questions can be sent to lucasgdbittencourt@gmail.com or through the project's GitHub issues.
